For us dummies here, can you explain what CR and PR is? If only 9% had complete remission, is that considered great? Is high efficacy evidenced by C2B8 or is the low toxicities the main advantage over chemotherapy and radiation? The product for phase III clinical trials is being made in their pilot plant facility. To meet market demand once the product is approved, they will need to build a grass root, production facility which is orders of magnitude bigger. It typically take a year and a half to design, build, and validate a facility. Julie
