Sigmund Thank you for your answer. I may eventually learn something from all this. I also received several PM's concerning this. What I get from everyone's answers is what has been said before. It depends on the way it is drawn up. Please correct me if I am wrong. What I believe we have here is a company that is on the brink of becoming a major player in the field. If I am right, and this PP would get us onto the NASDAQ(or others), does anyone else think that maybe, just maybe, we might be laughing about all this worry in a year. A few months ago, SEEK issued a secondary offering(Ibelieve that was what it was called). Everyone on that thread was ripping SEEK for that. The price of the stock was around $13 at that time. Go look at it now. I bought some more today and will probably buy more tomorrow. Loe
