One more reason why COMS is laggard. Before ASND was added to S&P 500 index, only 3 networking companies are on the list, namely, CSCO, COMS, and CS. If a mutual fund manager wants to put his money into networking sector, the choice is easy, CSCO & COMS. But what he will pick if he has ASND as another choice ?
