SO why do they nearly always attack a stock after it has already run up, in your opinion. I really am trying to figure them out

CYGS from 28 to 2.25 (they attack at $2.25)
ICVI (MTEI), INFE, DGIV, same thing

It sure makes them look like they are shorting and they have NEVER answered this question, whcih makes them look guilty. Would not a reasonable person just answer these questions and be done with it?

DO you think they are making SI a better place?
