I think Last is on vacation and couldn't answer my inquiry last week about PSIX and MAST with his infinite wisdom. Luck was with me when I jumped in anyway: Psinet Inc. (PSIX) rose 2 7/8, or 22 percent, to 15 15/16 after the Internet-software company was rated ''buy'' in new coverage by Kevin Lane, Parker Financial Corp.'s chief market strategist. He said the company's recent acquisitions have positioned it to become the global leader of Internet communication ''backbone'' services. Parker Financial sees revenue growth of 50 percent to 100 percent a year ''for some time to come.'' Now, any suggestions on MAST ?? TIA T.
