Neither. Prodigy ? AOL ? No way!! I use a local internet provider ($99 a year, un-metered with average speed of 50,666). Tried accessing the pull-downs with both IE 4.0 and Netscape Comm. No dice! Spoke with Wal-Mart online tech support. The nice lady there was able to duplicate the problem. She is escalating this problem right away. Should be fixed no later than tomorrow morning if her web support team is not able to fix it right away. I can't believe that there is no news release. You'd think that is a big deal for Wal-Mart Online. I guess not. Very impressed with Wal-Mart's online support. Not impressed with Wal-Mart's PR. TWICK.
