Wow I like the jv partner Pepsi!! PEP has the horsepower to promo just about anything. This one looks pretty good on the surface. I propose we call the company and determine what the debt situation is like to get the biz off the ground, as well as, other share info such as float, outstanding, insider holdings, debentures, convertibles, etc. JRo
