"without prejudice" Freedom of speech is my right. I am glad I don't live in a police state that prevents expression of opinions. Nevertheless, I do believe the very future of Java Group is grave as represented in the trading of the shares of this dying company. I always remain the eternal optimist that Robert Gillingham will do the right thing by the shareholders and resign as President and CEO of this company. As a shareholder, I exercise my voting rights in this regard every year. It is my opinion that you should too. I will be relentless in my reporting and opinions of what I believe is the truth as it relates to Java Group and the man behind the wheel Robert Gillingham. I will share my opinions always until the same removes himself from our company. Yours truly, Johnny Henderson
