It will be burnt toast by then: "The next 24 months will answer a lot of these questions" and "Zolt has not been overly forthcoming with information on this topic. I hope they're getting closer. If not, I see a tough ride ahead of us."

Given the rummy man's lack of disclosure and his self cannibalizing balance sheet, the forward multiple associated with this stock can only shrink substantially. Raising more funds for Zolt 2000 will be quite difficult in the current market environment, especially w/o the Merrill analyst behind them. Zolt, the man and the company are toast.
