HI Bonnie; I see what your talking about, well if it were not for crooked governments there would not be a black market in currency. In my travels I've found that most times the black market ( where it exists) is more honest than the bona fide one. --------------- The small caps took another hit today, the magic 10, and the Nifty Fifty as a grope wound up to the up side. Very mixed but averaged up. I do think we will have a small cap run up before a major sell off. Generally we do , while this time could be the exception, I won't bet on it. Jim
