IMHO the key to successful investment results is not necessarily reading financial statements (Amazon.com) or technical analysis. The real magic (Buffet, Soros) is the ability to get into the minds of current and perspective shareholders, anticipate what actions they will take, and execute that strategy ahead of the crowd.

It appears in this case current shareholders are anticipating gains, minimizing a selloff and limiting downside risk.

And the company has not put forth a concerted effort to encourage perspective shareholders. Why? Well, they may not need future financing as cash flow may be adequate to support growth. Therefore they do not benefit in the financing arena froma a higher stock price.

Additionally, the company has not discussed looking for future acquisitions, so a high stock price to finance a acquisiton for less dillution does.t seem to be an issue.

Now how about insiders holding shares? They would have a vested interest.

But at the end of the day TSIS can get more bang for the PR buck once they are proven profitable.

And even having a rich wife doesn't help if she won't share!
