Paunch, thanks. IMO that money would benefit IPM shareholders and could help leverage recovery technology for Maxam directly and IPM indirectly. If IPM can do something about its debt, I would like to see IPM shareholders take control of IPM. Maybe then IPM could merge as an LLC into some other well managed company?
