Let's be rational here and think for a minute before you starting typing out all these possible deals.

What are the difference among Wink, Cablesoft, WorldGate and SRCM in terms of product and where are they in terms of market deployment? Not much different and SRCM may even be little ahead.

From previous postings, you seem to understand most of the technology issues. Why would @Home make a deal with any of these companies? I think you should take a look at the technology behind each of these companies before assuming the "likely scenario".
