LU Takeover? The August issue of SmartMoney magazine lists 5 companies that are likely takeover candidates by Lucent (or perhaps Cisco or Nortel): ADTN - Adtran ADI - Analog Devices AFCI - Advanced Fibre PAIR - PairGain Technologies XYLN - Xylan This is based on a conversation they had with Chip Morris, manager of T. Rowe Price's Science & Technology Fund.
