Comments to Mike and Gino First Mike Mike thanks for the update on your DD it puts a different slant on the companies future (ie. revenue stream, operating profits and earnings per share).If thats how it unfolds then so be it, I must have misunderstood the companies objective in merging with Aquasol that being because they Aquasol already had an own label deal with ICI-DEVOE.A foot in the door right! Also the Aquasol merger would give NIR a facility to produce in quantity (the non-aerosol versions). I will restate this again for those who missed my earlier posts Nir's facility is really only an R&D Lab with very small production capacity I ve been there people running around in lab coats loads of samples being packed and sent all great stuff but no place for 40 ft trucks. I think its great there into the big deals with the best of the best, but if were all honest with each other I am sure the majority of non connected shareholders were given the impression NIR was going to be producing the non aerosol versions for ICI through its merger with Aquasol. This would obviously be in the best interests of all, as we would retain a level of control and a solid revenue base. Why in the world are we forking over 5mil+ in shares then for Aquasol? This is assuming we are now on to a licensing deal. If we are going to rely on a royalty/license deal then all I can say is PATENT LAWYER PATENT LAWYER PATENT LAWYER and I hope we have a good one. In this sort of a deal our shares will be alot easier to value. Any ideas? In fact this sort of deal making is most intriguing and I have more confidence in Aelicks and co. on this, then in day to day business management. To Gino Gino first of all thanks for the great work and guardianship, I have seen a few other threads you are involved with and can see you are a rational objective individual. In answer to your question yes I did read the article and increased my small position right afterwards. In fact that article was very good if you read between the lines. Would somebody please let me know where I can find insider trading for Canadian companies and also Short positions. I will take that on as a task and report regularly to the group.
