Matt, The reality is that I'd save many many dollars if they did go belly up, probably more dollars than pee pee has invested in anything, but the truth is business is going well, they are busy, are running in the black and the business is moving forward quite well. The pipe cleaning aboard ships and the sprinkler cleaning business seems to suit them well. At least they are doing well at it. Jim J
