Domino's Cut Errors by Computerizing Pizza Production and Delivery MEXICO CITY, Jul. 22 (El Universal/Infolatina)-- Domino's Pizza has turned to Novell solutions NDS and GroupWise to concentrate information, connect its pizza parlors in line and optimize resources. The owners of Domino's in Mexico indicate this has allowed them to maximize the yield of their investment. NDS and GroupWise lets them control an order from the time they receive the telephone call until the product is made and delivered. The company offers delivery in a limited time period and if it fails the client get his pizza free. Missing the mark has so far been held to less than 1.8 percent.
