i heard a similar story dr. dave a friend of mine who lived in seattle had parents who were friends with bill gates parents. one night at dinner they tried to convince them to buy stock for $1-2 per share. they thought about it and declined: after all it was just a tiny company with a questionable product and no sales to speak of. i have not forgotten that story. curtis
