At what point is an acquisition finalized? Daimler-Chrysler? is that a done deal? Price Waterhouse Coopers. Is that? I assure you that in each of those transactions there are clauses which if not satisfied would cause the deals to unwind. You think PriceWaterhouseCoopers is going to undo the deal? Its highly unlikely given the amount of energy and time that has been spent joining the companies. Same here. Management of both companies (CCI and TSIG) want this deal to work. The combination of the two companies makes for a concept that alone neither has.

I did notice that while you pick and choose what you respond to, the best you could come up with here was "no matter what you say, TSIG does not own CCI". From what Ive seen you write, I know you have more common sense than that answer indicates.
