I believe that he still exists, or will once more exist in perhaps a different form (energy?), based on theological and perhaps practical interpretations.
A book i have recently found on the practical interpretation called "The Physics of Immortality" by Frank J. Tipler. The book covers "Modern Cosmology, God and the Resurrection of the Dead" Perhaps you are familiar with the theories? I'll let you know my impressions when I have finished the book.

I know that Nietzsche would say that we all live for eternity.
