You may not be asking my opinion, but I will tell you anyway. If you want to short SEEK, wait till it goes up in price. Around $38 - $40 would be a good spot. Otherwise, you will be asking for trouble. Mainly because SEEK will probably beat est. and make a short run. The only reason to short SEEK at these prices if something bad news comes out of Disney deal when they report earnings. Some how I doubt this will happen.
