" If you were one of the residents of the cities that your god told the Israelis to conquer, would you choose to be a slave of those Israelis, or to fight them, knowing that they were going to kill everybody in your city, including the women and children? "
<< Now let me elaborate. If serving others would bring peace to all, then indeed it is my decision to serve, for in doing so I am serving God....My God >>
That was hardly an elaborate answer. I'm not surprised that you would take something like the enslavement of yourself, the breakup of your family, the enslavement of your children, and the enslavement of all of your neighbors by the Israelite thugs, and turn that into the serving of your god. I call it cowardice. If someone came to me with that kind of offer, inspired by your all-loving god, I would kill him on the spot and let the fight begin.
You would become a slave to the Israelites, not a servant as you try to redefine it, just as your mind has become a slave to the ancient mythological stories created by men.
