Thanks for the response. Does the RS make it a better buy? I do not think that it is a better buy. I think it makes the stock less attractive for one to buy. BCMD just went through a 1:10 RS which took the stock from .25 to 2.50 and now it is back to .63 -+. I do not think that this is a better deal. JMO. Thanks again. Gary
