How could it work to the detriment of current shareholders? I mean, how much lower could the stock go? Guess we'll find out...
<<<Do you have no compassion for those who have lost on this deal>>>
I'll never hype a stock based on what a company official says to me, if that's what you are waiting for.
If you want to see "compassion", go look up all the posts on this thread bashing my DD, which, as you stated, was true most of the time. Of course, the pump and dumpers (once done bashing me and selling their stock) folded their tents and left. Some pop up on upticks of course.
I've posted since January, through the runup to .70, never changing my basic views, and posting the truth. I'm supposed to have compassion to those who believe that calling the company equals research? For those who refused to take profits on this stock although they were obviously telling shareholders lies?
At least they had a chance to turn a profit. I took a loss on my FAMH holdings. But I'm not going to blame anyone but myself for my stupid investment. Only me.
I proved to my satisfaction in January that Ira Monas was putting out bogus earnings on press releases. Few listened.
I've gone over many times who I am. I am a small investor (dumb enough to believe Monas and Co.) who bought FAMH stock.
Lurker's made many good points. I see nothing about his posts that are stupid. Angry and frustrated, yes -- stupid no. He was one of the few people willing to downplay the hype when the stock was trading much higher.
I would need proof that something good here is happening before recommending this stock to anyone at any level. Not "we hope to reach $200 million in revenues in a few years," "we hope to put out financials in August", "we hope to have the web site operating someday" (check it out, it's still not working)...
You do, however, see some concrete bad news here: #1, the disavowal of the "audited balance sheet" that Monas put out; #2, the "data corruption" and generally screwed up financial procedures that Sukey alluded to in a PR. Hmmm, accounting staff getting fired... think something's up? and #3, Arif is still in charge.
I anticipate a warning/clarification on the supposed .1085 EPS before the audit comes out. That's my DD for the day. |
