No, I do not think that the RS makes it a better buy. It does make it a better deal - that is, cheaper. In fact, I'd wager that the longer you wait, the cheaper it will get. I suppose that makes this a great stock to buy (but not to sell) because it will become a greater bargain with every passing day. ;)
