Triby seems to be at least making money. My impression over last few years are:

-this is not a fast growth company people expect it to be, but it has been growing steadily
-in the long run it could work well if it keeps making the revenue targets
-the management seems to be maturing slowly and has made overly optimistic statements in the past
-about the discounted convertibles, yes, they are not great way to get money, but one has to be kidding oneself if they think companies as small as Triby will have investors running to their door giving money at the terms the company dictates. This kind of financing is used by many small companies, some of which are able to make good use of it
-the company has been issuing too many shares and they need to control that before the long term investors lose confidence in them
-the stock may not move much in the short term, it should be bought with a longer term view.
