i tend to agree w/ KLAW97's estimate on Alya's price in the near term. the way i see it is, if Alya executes its business plan, it will start making profit starting in the 4th quarter of this calendar year. it is very rare to see a profitable company has its stock price under $1. as a matter of fact, there are only a handful of profitable companies have its stock prices less than $4. and these companies tend to have their stock prices drop to that low level after a bad quarter, and they are in a either highly competitive, or stagnating sector. Alya does not fit into that profile because Alya is making tremendous progress in their engineering development and marketing programs, and Alya is in a growing sector in the right time.
Also, i agree with some of the posters on this thread that as investors, we need to do our own "active DD". i always call up Alya's distributors after news on a partnership is out. i ask them why they pick Alya, ask them to tell me how is Alya system superior to other systems(in terms of pricing, company technical support, and user-friendly-ness), what are its competitors and where the competitors are at in terms of developing similar products ...etc. you would be surprised how much useful information you can get out of your conversation w/ distributors. One thing i like about Alya, as suppose to some other BB companies, is that Alya has established credible and verifiable aliances to broaden its exposure and strengthen its bottom line..
personally, i'm not paying much attention to the deregistered 144's. first of all, they are not insiders, therefore, their decisions are not based on insider informations. Secondary, everyone has the right to make adjustments to their own profolios base on needs. i'm sure some of us at one time or another have had to sell some of our stocks to pay rents.
Again, i would urge investors to do their "active DD" and not solely relying on certain posters on the thread. Believe me, you would sleep a lot better at night if your decision to invest into a company is based on your own DD. |
