May I just state for the record that Mr. Berry (and other bashers) have, on many occasions, been requested to call Mr. Gordon directly with witnesses on an extension and even recording the conversation... and ask these questions directly to Mr. Gordon... and then report back to us with a certified transcript. They totally ignore the request and just continue to do their job and repost and repost. I'm sorry, but this tells me something about their credibility. Rather than repeating accusations and writing half-truths, they could easily resolve the problem with a simple phone call... and if they have a problem getting through to Mr. Gordon, I'm quite certain that there are enough of us who have been doing DD on TSIG for quite some time that could arrange it.

If you have read the other TSIG thread you probably know I am a long-term investor in TSIG and not a trader. Many of us have spent considerable time visiting the companies involved, talking with management, raising many of the questions posted by the "bashers" and doing our DD. If someone raises a question that is certainly acceptable and welcome. But when they are given an answer and then continually post the same negatives and refuse to contact the parties directly involved (in fact don't even acknowledge the request to do so), I believe any prudent individual would find their posts suspect.

I hope this clarifies post #34 and others that I am sure will follow.
