computer..........somehow this argument seems like apples (please excuse this ) and oranges to me........tim

I still have and use 2-line, 6 button, pick-up and hold, lighted push- button, black rotary dial phone in my office for the past 24 years. Keeps on going, going and going. The local telephone company is after me to change to the modern units. Why change or fix when it ain't broken. You are right about the computers. Obsolescence is the middle name of the computers.
