Today I did something I haven't done for a while - use the touchtone to enter order after listening to the muzac for more than 1 minute. It turned out it was worth it for paying $35 since the stock was on the verge of moving higher. Typically I would call the branch to alter order or place new order if I experience any slowness on the net. A question for all, would I still get $12 commission if I use the touchtone to change (not enter new order which will be $35) order?
