Hay, On the Friday morning radio show Jerry stated that he still believed that there would be a 20-25% partnership with a major firm at a price of $25 - $35 a share, but could not figure out why the announcement has not been made yet. He said his information was based on a conversation with the brokerage that's supposed to be handling the deal and he also spoke to the broker who confirmed that his source had indeed recently bought $1 million worth of ENZ shares in anticipation of the expected deal. He said that he planned to sell half of his stake (of 10,000 shares) today (Monday) and will keep the rest until the announcement. He did not come on the air today - the station said that they were having technical difficulties. I'm still planning to hang on until I see the 20-21 range again. The stock is currently trading at 19 3/8. Hope this helps. Giovanni
