I received a phone call directly from Mr. Igelman after
I had sent a fax to the Investors Relations dept which
included some very specific questions and concerns. I
point blank asked if Mr. Banks is a shareholder at this
time and was told no. I didn't ask about relatives.

Mr. Igelman was very professional and courteous. I hope
he is as sincere as he sounded. We discussed, among
other things, the so-called failure of the Kodak 'flash
pix' type of arrangement. He said that this is a totally false story and is not supported by their news releases (I couldn't get into their site this morning to read that one), and that there never was any big arrangement or alliance such as with HP. I understood him to say that the facts are that the Warp 10 Warpres product is similar to the Kodak flash pix product, Kodak invited them to go (for virtually free) to a gathering of industry leaders in the field of digital imaging, which eventually led to Warp10 being included in the official group. He also said that relations between Warp and Kodak are fine.

Lupins, you have posted quite negatively about Warp. Assuming you don't have a 'hidden agenda' as Mr. Igelman has suggested some do, could you summarize your concerns regarding Warp10? Thanks. Ted
