Didn't someone of this Board raise the possibility that even that $1 million order that was shipped was not in the bank? I am curious about the circumstances in which Ancor would ship $1 million of product, the use that they understood the product would be put to (i.e., was this a shipment to Hucom, and what Hucom said would be done with the product). The press release suggests the possibility that Hucom may be in an uncertain business condition, but if that is the situation why should that matter if there is an end-user identified -- or is it the end-user that encountered the difficulty and, if so, why did Hucom persuade us to ship into an uncertain payment environment. Or is there something different that the customer was looking for, and there are integration problems. In any event, I hope that this subjecft is discussed.
Turning to the future, in my opinion the real status of this Company real status of this Company has been unmasked, and we now can see that Ancor is like many other early-stage companies that decide to sell themselves because, while they have good technology, they do not understand how to penetrate existing markets, or they are bought by the company that is or will make the market in which Ancor's products participate. |
