Its not wiseowl that lowered the ASK for TSIG blame the MM for taking
it down with people selling this stock.

This stock will be less than a quarter within two weeks with the MARKET MAKERS playing with these OTC-BB's.

You just gotta know when to hold them & when to fold them.
