To Janice Shell, JMT,

I checked the records.

Kleer-Vu:
When Dror became the Chairman in 1982, the stock (adjusted for split) was trading on the AMEX at $1. Eleven years later, when Dror got out (1993), the stock was trading at 13 3/4.

MicroTel:
When Dror became the Chairman in 1994, the company was almost bankrupt. He "cleaned house", changed auditors (the ones that were charging an arm and a leg), and for the next SIX quarters the company was profitable. The stock, trading on the AMEX, increased from 25 cents to $2 within one year.

These statistics can be found in the charts and records.

Dror was with Kleer-Vu for ELEVEN YEARS. That's a LONG TIME to be with a company if all he was interested in doing was to "pump and dump".
