These people have been hired to create the illusion that something is actually being done. Most of these comapnies are probably being held like a Lawyer "in retainership" for a modest sum. But their names and credentials all look good and it really makes for a fantastic SMOKE SCREEN. for everyone to wade through. Smoke and Mirrors thats all that is going on here. I really doubt they never actually hired the STAGG people in the first place. But it did buy them time.... to sell out in the 70cent + range. re-entry is gonna be a bitch.
