Mark, the article says the Bells are no longer worried about cable
companies moving in on their phone business, so the Bells will turn
their attention from video to Internet service.

This suggests that ADSL technology will benefit and CAWS will have
to look elsewhere for the cash it needs to develop its network.
However, CAWS has shown that its network is viable for Internet,
so why doesn't its partner BANX take advantage of that technology?
