I had a similar experience with ver 4.05 and '95 on a 266mhz PII Notebook. Turns out problem was '95 and IE setup. I dumped '95 in favor of NT 4.0, trashed IE and installed Netscape. Result is simply wonderful..... very stable, faster, and fun to work with. Even better now since I upgraded to 4.5Beta. Hubert Bertmaring
