Bill; My signals are mixed short term, longer term I expect the small caps to get some sort of rally, ( before a major sell off ) we could run into the exception of taht this time, but the odds are not good betting on exceptions. I'm expecting the Blues to hit a trading range, and the smalls to gain on them..but it's not started yet. I make no call for the very short term at this point it's touch and go. To many mixed signals. Jim
