Dear Jan: You have stumbled upon my BIGGEST gripe of the tech industry. TOO GENEROUS STOCK OPTION PLANS. ] has filed to sell a total of 145,000 shares. That's a lot, especially since he is the CFO. I would like to know WHAT GOOD giving this gentlemen such an outrageous number of stock options has done for the shareholders of this company. They ought to AT LEAST put some kind of time limit on them. Please share with us whatever you find out. I suggest to the rest that unless we receive a satisfactory answer to the above that we give CLOSE attention to approving anymore of these bullshit stock option plans. JDN
