Pursuant to Master Consulting Agreement with Rio Tinto London Limited, TAVA will
make Year 2000 products and services available at specified rates to 36 business units
of Rio Tinto, including properties they manage.
This agreement follows on TAVA engagement by Kennecott Minerals/Utah Copper,
a Rio Tinto affiliate, which commenced in December 1997."

(formerly CRA Limited), comprise the world's #1 metals and mining corporation.
Copper and gold account for nearly 40% of Rio Tinto's revenues, industrial minerals (borax,
silica, talc) for about 20%, and aluminum and coal for around 10% each. Among Rio Tinto's
holdings are Kennecott (US; copper, coal, gold); U.S. Borax (borates, silica); Palabora
(South Africa, copper); Escondida (30%, Chile), the world's largest copper mine; and
Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (12%), which mines principally in Irian Jaya, Indonesia.
Though they trade separately, the two Rio Tintos essentially operate as one business.
