MicroTel: When Dror became the Chairman in 1994, the company was almost bankrupt. He "cleaned house", changed auditors (the ones that were charging an arm and a leg), and for the next SIX quarters the company was profitable. The stock, trading on the AMEX, increased from
25 cents to $2 within one year.

Dror was at MicroTel from February 1994 until 15 November 1996. No change of auditors was made immediately; Deloitte prepared the 1994 and 1995 financials.

You fail to tell us what happened to the stock following the reverse split the Board approved in June 1996, and effected in August of that year. As you may guess, it took a rapid trip south.
