Let's discuss it!!!!!!!

< 1 million shares filed 144's to sell>

1 million shares is not a lot of shares out of 65 million restricted. Some of these people have been holding shares for over two years.

If I was and I stress i am not in this position, I would be also filing a 144 to get some money back. It only seems like a prudent investment decision at this point in time. Bought at a nickel or ten cents sell at 30 to 50 cents, not bad??

Are they true insiders???????

I believe none of the individuals that have filed are officers or directors of the company or employees for that matter. Thus, in my opinion they are not privy to the day to day business decisions of the company. I in my mind treat "insiders" as directors, employees or officers of the company not "seed" or "PP" capital investors.

Basically it is my understanding that once these people have invested in the company they know, no more then you or I about the day to day operations.

Also, by filing it does not mean they have sold. It is only an intent to sell is it not??
