Can anyone explain me why it should take so long (entered 10:11, last fill 10:16) to fill a limit order.
It was a limit buy at 12, with the current a/b being 11-1/2 x 11-5/8.
On my L2 display I'm currently counting 5000+ shares available at an ask under or at 12.
Don't MM's have an obligation to fill their offer withing 90 seconds?
