I believe that the deposition phase is scheduled to begin in early August. Of course each side is strong in its contention of being in the right. Since it is a dispute over patent protection the outcome should be determined by rule of law. But we all know that the real world doesn't always work like that. In the interim, I am most curious about what the current quarterly figures will show. Like chicken soup, a good report wouldn't hurt.
