Joe, What a nice surprise to find this press release out this AM! This one is the biggie and when completed will as stated double our revenues, putting us at the magic 100 million mark. If I recall from the earlier LOI, we need to raise 10 million for this purchase, with the definitive out I would not think that this would be a major issue. It looks like there must be some other folks excited over this release, the buying has really been coming in this AM, though OLIE has so far been able to hold the ASK. Fantastic news..this just made my whole week! (G) I'll feel even better when this one is actually signed off and the 8-K has been filed, but this was the major step forward that we have been needing..now we have some new options on the table...
