From pan am web site UPDATES: NEW July 23 1998 To All We are looking into the Belize press release. We are at a loss to explain it and will pass along any information as soon as we can. We feel we have done everything according to the local rules and regulations in Belize. We have documentation from the Central Bank the pertinent ministers. As far as we and our attorneys know our company is in good standing. We are sorry for any hardship or misgivings this situation has caused anyone. But be assured, we will find out what is happening and pass along the information. Thank you for your continued support. John
