Mr. Pink, you may want to take a look at Osicom Technologies. The price is under 5 now, but a 1:3 reverse split that is effective tomorrow will put the stock back above 5. They have death spiral convertibles, perpetual promises of a bright future just around the corner, CEO who sold well over 1 million shares last year, and just bought back 350,000 to soften the blow of the reverse split (my opinion), and a following of fanatic shareholders.
