To all:
It may not matter at this late date what we do in the form of discussion of Fred vs. Sid. The votes may already be decided. I feel any management can make mistakes. I will still always vote for experienced management (Fred, who runs a business, over Sid). I will also vote for ownership and investment over options and selling (Fred over Sid). I have not seen listed here anything that would make us suspect of Fred's ability or integrity.

This is a battle of interests and ability. What is Sid's interest at this point in making the company work other than to stay in power to get more options? Fred's interests are the same as mine - significant real investment. Why don't we all pitch in to buy out Sid's 4000 shares so he does not have to be nervous about his investment. It would certainly be much harder to compensate Fred for his risk. Go Fred! Go Naxos! It is one in the same.
