Company Press Release

Patent to Issue for ADM Tronics' Medical Device for
Tinnitus Sufferers

NORTHVALE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 1998--ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. NASDAQ - ADMT) announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has notified the Company that a patent for the Company's non-invasive medical device for treating tinnitus will
be issued in early August, 1998. The electronic device, called Aurex-3, was invented by Dr. Alfonso Di Mino, President and founder of ADM Tronics. He has assigned the patent to ADM Tronics. Currently, the Company is seeking FDA clearance to market the device to tinnitus
sufferers in the US.

Tinnitus is the medical term for a hearing condition commonly referred to as ''ringing in the ears.'' It can range from mild to physically excruciating. As previously reported, it is estimated that over
50 million people in the US have varying degrees of tinnitus. Of these, approximately 12 million suffer severely enough to seek medical care.

Dr. DiMino, who holds numerous patents in various fields, suffered from tinnitus for several years. Research into solving his own condition led him to discover the technology behind Aurex-3. ''I
didn't get relief from the various treatments I tried,'' stated Dr. Di Mino. ''I then researched the basis for tinnitus and decided I had to find a way to treat the problem myself.''

If cleared by the FDA, ADM Tronics intends to manufacture Aurex-3 in its two registered medical device manufacturing facilities in New Jersey. In anticipation of the clearance, ADM Tronics appointed Dr. Harold Gelb its healthcare advisor for craniomandibular applications of the Company's products. Dr. Gelb is an international lecturer and author on tinnitus and other craniomandibular medical conditions.

ADM Tronics is a technology based developer and manufacturer of a diversified line of products categorized into three distinct market segments - therapeutic, non-invasive electronic medical devices, environmentally safe chemical products and innovative topical dermatological products.
